Free for up to 10 users and discounted pricing of $5.50 per user/month for additional users.
Microsoft 365 Business Basic
Productivity suite with web and mobile versions of Microsoft 365 apps and services, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange. Free for up to 300 users.
Windows 11 Professional
Full version of Windows 11 Professional, with down level rights for Windows 10 Professional. Grants of up to 50 licenses available through TechSoup and discounted pricing for additional licenses through any Cloud Solution Provider (CSP).
Microsoft 365 F3
Best for nonprofits with field staff and volunteers that need access to email, cloud storage, Microsoft Teams, and simple device management in a secure, all-in-one solution. Available at a discounted price of $2 per user/month.
Power BI Desktop
Connect to data sources, build visualizations, publish to the Power BI service, and embed on websites. Available free for eligible nonprofits.
Power BI Pro
Gain 360° real-time views of your data, access Power BI desktop features, distribute content, and more for $3 per user/month.
Annual Azure Grant
Leverage $2,000 Azure services credits per year and access the complete portfolio of Azure products and cloud services. Sign up for the Nonprofit Azure Onboarding Concierge and Success Center to set up your credits.
Power Apps
With the extensibility to connect to hundreds of other business systems, databases, and other apps, Power Apps can make app development more efficient and secure.
